Refund Policy

Short version
No refunds. Cancel anytime. You can stop your subscription at any moment from your account page — future billing stops immediately and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't issue refunds for periods you've already had access to, or for one-off bundles once unlocked, because every tool is delivered instantly.
All Access subscription (A$49/year)
Cancel any time from your account page — future renewals stop immediately. You keep access until the end of the year you've already paid for. We do not refund the current paid period or any unused portion of it.
The first-year upgrade offer (A$39 for your first year when bought alongside the Money Mate Bundle flow) is also non-refundable once activated, and renews automatically at A$49/year unless you cancel.
Money Mate Bundle (A$19 one-off)
One-off bundle purchases are non-refundable once you've unlocked the tools, because the calculators, content and AI features are delivered immediately on payment.
When we will refund
We will refund (or restore access) if:
- you were charged after cancelling, or charged because of a clear technical bug on our side;
- a duplicate charge was processed;
- you can't access what you paid for and we can't fix it within a reasonable time; or
- you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (e.g. the service is faulty or materially not as described).
Contact us within 30 days of the charge and we'll sort it.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
How to cancel or request a refund
- To cancel a subscription: sign in → Account → Manage subscription.
- To request a refund (only in the situations above): email hello@aussiehouseholdtoolkit.com from the address on your account with the date of payment and reason.
We aim to respond within 3 business days.
