Who we are

Aussie Household Toolkit ("we", "us") provides online calculators and planners for Australian households. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account info — email address, display name and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in (including via Google).
• Tool inputs — figures you enter (income, mortgage balance, family members, etc.). Most are stored only in your browser; some (family schedules, saved tradie jobs) are stored in our database against your account.
• Billing — handled by Stripe. We store your subscription status and Stripe customer ID. We never see or store your card number.
• Diagnostics — anonymous error reports and basic usage so we can keep the app running.

How we use it

To run the tools, manage your subscription, send essential account emails (sign-in, billing receipts), and improve the product.

Sharing

We use Stripe (payments), Supabase (database / auth) and Lovable AI (for AI features). Inputs sent to AI features are processed transiently to generate the response and are not used to train models. We don't sell your data.

Storage & security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level security so your records are only accessible to you. Where possible we keep data inside your browser (local storage).

Your rights

You can export or delete your account data at any time by emailing us. Cancelling your subscription stops future billing — see our Refund Policy for details.
